- Tech Lead and Product Owner: requirements, sprints, Flutter frontend, CI/CD and production servers.

What I did
- Gathered requirements with stakeholders and ran sprint planning and reviews.
- Built the Flutter frontend from day one, on a cross-platform architecture.
- Led the development team in Scrum, with Jira and Confluence.
- Set up trunk-based development and CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Codemagic.
- Ran its production Linux servers: Nginx with TLS, PM2, updates and monitoring.
